We see here that Peter is retarded, is he or not? well folks, guess what hes RETARDED, AHHHHHH, be aware, retardiness disease is very dangerous, also peter can do anything if he's retarded? thats really weird, thats like forcing you to be retarded. He just got pulled over by the cops, and they said are you retarded, yeah, and then peter didn't get the ticket, this is just all weird, This perticular family guy episode is strange to me, lol.
