Seth MacFarlane spoke about the upcoming 2nd half of season 7 recently at Fox's biannual party for the Television Critics Association press tour.
"We have a Lois Griffin abortion episode coming up," MacFarlane said. "We have a Stewie/Brian episode, where they’re locked in a room together for an entire episode with no cut-aways, flashbacks or props. We have an episode with Lauren Conrad, who guest stars. She dates Brian for an episode."
He also breifly mentioned the sequel to Blue Harvest, an Empire Strikes Back parody starring the Family Guy characters, which is due to be the concluding episode of the 7th season. Titled "Something, Something, Something Dark Side", MacFarlane looks forward to presenting the gang in key scenes from the Star Wars sequel.

According to tv.msn.com, "Ocean’s Three And A Half", the 7th episode of the new season of Family Guy will premiere nearly 3 months after "Tales Of A Third Grade Nothing" on February 15th.
To accompany this, Fox have finally revealed the official episode description:
