Peter re-discovers his passion for the song "Surfin' Bird", but Brian and Stewie find it so annoying that they try to prevent it from being heard again. Distraught, Peter searches every record store in town for a copy of the song until he runs into Jesus himself, and the two start hanging out.

This is a GREAT EPISODE!!!!!! I love it how Peter just overplays Surfin' Bird. Yes, they are showing Jesus Christ as a sinner, which he wasn't, I thought it was funny to an average person who believes in god...
so far the worst episode this season

the surfing bird song got really old really fast. im a long time fan of family guy and ive seen every episode more times then i can count but this one just didnt do it for me...

I think the episode was alright, wasn't the best. The big funny scene I thought was the Office Space reinactment...

Now, that was better. Weird, funny, annoying, full of Peter... fantastic. Still unsure that the plotlines this season will be as strong, but certainly a better outing than the first episode...
